I absolutely love the Verandas, the living spaces are large and Zunday is one of the best apartment managers I’ve ever encountered. She’s always fast when it comes to anything that needs to be done. The wrap around balcony is insane here, almost like the Cosmo in Vegas feel. Maintenance is always timely and the property stays clean on a daily basis. Neighbors are pretty friendly, all around I love this property, it’s a smaller community which I like. I would definitely recommend this place.

We've been living at The Verandas for the past two months and the experience has been great so far. Zunday, the property manager did her very best to assist us in getting our apartment and is always friendly. The apartment is nicely designed and even comes equipped with a smart TV and 2 door refrigerator, a rarity for most California apartments at this price. Overall, an amazing experience.

The Verandas has been my home for 3 years now. I have a 3 bedrooms. Grounds are well maintained with a knowledgeable maintenance staff with a quick response time in fixing things. The manager Zunday is the greatest! Always smiling friendly wanting to lend a helping hand. With a pool and bbq area it is perfect for everyone
