We are open for tours every day of the week except Sunday. There is never a charge to tour our beautiful apartment community.

Walk-ins are welcomed, however an appointment is strongly encouraged. You can schedule a tour on our website or call our leasing office.

You can apply online on our website or in-person at the leasing office.

Residents can pay rent online quickly and conveniently by making a one time payment, or by setting up Auto Pay.  Our community also accepts checks, cashier's checks & money orders.  Cash payments are never accepted.

Renter's Insurance is required at our community.

We offer a resort style Swimming Pool, Spa with Wi-Fi access, state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Outdoor BBQ/Grilling Area, Indoor and Outdoor Resident Lounges, Professional Onsite Management, Professional Onsite Maintenance, Online Rent Payments & Maintenance Requests, and more!

Yes! Each home receives 2 reserved parking spaces inside our gated garage that is included in the monthly rent. Additional spaces are available for a small monthly fee.

Each apartment comes with a washer/dryer.

We love your pets!  We allow cats and dogs at our community, with a maximum of 3 pets. Please see our website for a list of breed restrictions.

Stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven range, dishwasher, microwave, and washer & dryer too!

Yes we offer 3 through 12 month lease terms.

Yes, our leasing office does accept packages and we will hold it for you so that you can come pick up your package at your convenience.

The Verandas has a 24 hour fitness center.

Yes, we are a short distance from the bus station and the metro line.

We have a Starbucks down the street from the property.

Yes! Our community offers 24 hour Emergency Service.  Our trained technicians are just a phone call away.

Service requests may be submitted any time, 24 hours a day, through our online resident portal or by calling the office.

Carefree living at its best: With your permission, we can complete your work request even if you are not home.
